Terms

Prices are in NOK and include everything except postage. If you order from outside of Norway, you may have to pay local VAT or other import taxes. Postage is added after you have selected the items you want to buy, but before you make the payment. All products are normally in stock, if not we will post a message with the product description. Your order will be handeled as soon as your payment has been confimed, normally the same day or the next working day. During Easter, summer and Christmas holidays the service will be reduced. Please make sure that you fill in a complete delivery address with you order. Grappa Musikkforlag AS will not accept responsibility for items lost due to missing information.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is handled by Payex and is ”3d secure”, including ”Verified by Visa” and ”Mastercard Securecode”. The total amount of your purchase is drawn when the goods are shipped. There are no added fees. Grappa Musikkforlag receives no information about the card. If you have other requests regading payment, please address your request to webshop@grappa.no.

Returns and complaints

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please return it to us as soon as possible and within 2 weeks of purchase. Please include a precise description of the problem. We will replace faulty items at our expense. Please note that if an item is damaged due to damage on the packaging, your complaint should go to the post office.
